So, on Friday we went and, even though I had a small panic attack for the 05 seconds I laid on the table without seeing BW, once the screen focused I could definitely tell the baby was much bigger and- ooh there's that little flicker! BW spent the entire time in the following position:

Tushy in the air, face buried in... well something. Occasionally BW would hiccup, which was promptly followed by flailing legs and a bouncing baby. But, back into that position (s)he went. They had me get up and walk around, I poked my stomach, she shook my stomach... nothing. So- then came the dreaded t/v (internal) ultrasound I thought I had graduated from. Even with this view, she could get the measurements she needed for the nt scan so she called in Dr. Clark.
He looked, said nah it's not gonna happen. But then proceeded to play with the fun features, including 4d, which is how I got this fun picture.

I am so amazed at how big BW has gotten in just 4 weeks. No more gummy bear! now it looks like a real bona-fide baby! How crazy?
Here are things I am thinking about at this stage:
Hospitals, I can't deliver at the one I want to but don't want to switch doctors
Pediatricians, I need to go meet some
L&D tour, scheduled at the hospital my dr does deliver at
Baby Stuff, how can I not think about it all? (and make a few spreadsheets comparing them?!)
Doula, and whether or not to get one if I have to deliver at the hospital I don't want
There's more, but those are the top 5.
